  • The ex-boyfriend of Virginia Roberts claims that Virginia had threesomes with Epstein and Maxwell with sex toys;
  • Epstein's Florida housekeeper Juan Alessi found sex toys and costumes lying around that belonged in Maxwell's bedroom cupboard;
  • Detective Joseph Recarey told prosecutors that he interviewed over 30 girls abused by Epstein who claimed he would fondle them during massages;
  • Johanna Sjoberg, who has made allegations of sexual misconduct against Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew, claims she was paid $20-an-hour to massage Epstein. She said she was 'expected to perform sexual acts' on Epstein and on one occasion was told off by Maxwell for not 'bringing him to orgasm'.
  • Maxwell gave evidence in 2016 that she had no memory of anything amiss on Jeffrey Epstein's properties in the 2000s despite accusations by dozens of women and girls that they were sexually abused by the financier. She said: 'Like everybody else, like the rest of the world, when it was announced in the papers'.
  • Maxwell also claimed that Virginia Roberts was a 'liar', an 'opioid addict' and had 'cried rape' as a teen;
Filing also included testimony from Rinaldo Rizzo, a butler who worked for hedge fund billionaire Glenn Dubin and his wife, Eva Andersson-Dubin.

Rizzo had said in filings for an unrelated case that Epstein and Maxwell brought a 15-year-old Swedish girl with them when they visited his employers in New York.

Wednesday's unsealed court filings revealed Rizzo was 'in tears' as he recalled how the teen told him Maxwell had stolen her passport and tried to 'make her have sex with Epstein.'

Rizzo had previously said he found the girl crying in the kitchen, and heard her describe her alleged treatment at the hands of Maxwell and her assistant, Sarah Kellen, when she was being held at Epstein's property in the US Virgin Islands.

Kellen has denied the allegations claiming that she was herself a victim.

Rizzo claimed the girl told him that Maxwell and Kellen had demanded sex from her and taken away her passport and threatened her when she refused.

The filings come after Maxwell this week asked a judge to dismiss her case ahead of her July 12 trial, citing various grounds including that an agreement not to prosecute Epstein also shielded her.

In court filings on Monday night, lawyers for the British socialite also complained that not enough black and Hispanic grand jurors were used to indict her, and that parts of the indictment were too vague and should be thrown out.

A spokesman for US Attorney Audrey Strauss in Manhattan declined to comment on Tuesday. The office is expected to respond in a few weeks.

Maxwell, 59, is being held in a Brooklyn jail after being denied bail twice following her arrest last July 2 at her New Hampshire home, which prosecutors called a hideout.

She has pleaded not guilty to helping Epstein recruit and groom three girls for sex in Manhattan in the mid-1990s, and lying about it under oath.

Still, Maxwell got a break when the judge in the case ruled that anything relating to 'private intimate conduct' in her deposition should be redacted.

Judge Loretta Preska said that anything in the documents about 'consensual adult behavior' should stay private too.
The 58-year-old British socialite is accused of procuring girls as young as 14 for Epstein to abuse and in some cases taking part in the assaults.

Maxwell is also accused of perjury and has pleaded not guilty.
Johanna Sjoberg said that she was recruited by Maxwell in 2001, when she was a student at Palm Beach Atlantic College.

Sjoberg was under the impression she was being hired as a personal assistant, but she soon realized her job was to provide 'sexual massages' to Epstein, who she has said that told her he needed to have 'three orgasms a day.'

She claims she was 'punished' when Epstein failed to orgasm as a result of one of her massages, which Maxwell allegedly told her were necessary because 'she [Maxwell] would not be able to please him as much as he needed and that is why there were other girls around'.

Describing being told off by Ghislaine, the then photography student said: 'She had purchased the camera for me, and I was over there giving Jeffrey a massage. I did not know that she was in possession of the camera until later. She  called me after I had left and said: 'I have the camera for you, but you cannot receive it yet because you came here and didn't finish your job and I had to finish it for you'.

When asked if that meant giving him an orgasm she said: 'Yes. She was implying that I did not get Jeffrey off, and so she had to do it'.

Ms Sjoberg, who has claimed previously that Prince Andrew groped her breasts with a Spitting Image puppet of himself, also claims that Epstein would brag about taking a girl's virginity.

She said in the deposition: 'He told my friend Rachel: 'You see that girl over there laying by the pool?' She was 19. And he said, 'I just took her virginity'. And my friend Rachel was mortified'.
She also describe another victim named Emmy being woken up on a flight by Epstein and immediately tried to perform a sex act on him, believing it was her job.

'He told me one time Emmy was 21 sleeping on the plane, and they were getting 22 ready to land. And he went and woke her up... so she started to unzip his pants, and he  said, 'No, no, no, you just have to be awake for [landing]'.

Jeffrey Epstein’s housekeeper found sex toys when he cleaned up after the financier and Ghislaine Maxwell’s massages, according to new court documents.

Juan Alessi worked at Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion for ten years, during which time he said he saw around 100 ‘massage therapists’ come through the doors.

Describing cleaning the room after the sessions, Alessi told prosecutors: ‘I would find things like a dildo, it's called a double. I hate to say it because these ladies. But I find these things, put my gloves on, took it out and rinse it, and put it in Ms. Maxwell's closet.’

He said that the sex toys were kept in Maxwell’s room where he also once discovered a ‘shiny black costume’ in her closet.
Alessi described how Epstein and Maxwell procured the masseuses through friends.

When asked who went out to look for these girls, he replied: ‘Ms. Maxwell, Mr. Epstein and their friends, because their friends relayed to other friends they knew a massage therapist and they would send to the house. So it was referrals.’

He testified that some of the therapists were recruited from high-end spas at the exclusive local clubs, including the Breakers, Boca Raton and Mar-a-Lago.

Alessi knew this because he had to call them up to organize appointments and was even in charge of handing out cash after the sessions, sometimes up to $500.

‘I used to have to call the Breakers or the Mar-a-Lago or the - all the clubs. There be clubs, even in Boca Raton, the Boca Raton Resort and Hotel. They have a great spa. I had to call these people, Can you come in at 10:00 tonight?’

‘Everybody got $100 an hour,’ Alessi told the lawyers. ‘But I paid more if they were four massages; I would pay $400, $500.’
The housekeeper said he believed ‘most’ of the girls were over 18.

A detective described how Jeffrey Epstein's procurement of underage girls to provide naked 'massages' worked like a sexual abuse pyramid scheme, new court documents have revealed.

Joseph Recarey, who led Palm Beach police department's investigations into Jeffrey Epstein in the mid-2000s, was questioned by federal prosecutors in New York four years ago.

He described how Ghislaine Maxwell 'was involved in seeking girls to perform massages and work at Epstein's home', and that 'massage' was a double-entendre for sexual gratification.

He interviewed around 30 girls who provided massages at Epstein's mansion in Florida, only two had any prior experience, the vast majority were under 18 and others were under 16.

The girls attended on the pretext of a massage – they were sexually abused – and were paid $100, told to find other girls and enticed by stories that they could become Victoria's Secrets models.

'Each of the victims that went to the home were asked to bring their friends to the home. Some complied and some didn't.' The police officer said.

He described Epstein's modus operandi of lying on a massage table and waiting for his victim to be ushered in to start rubbing his back and the backs of his legs.

'Epstein would either attempt to fondle the girls or touch the girls inappropriately, and at which point he would masturbate.

 And when he was done, he would get up and go wash off while the girls would get dressed and go back downstairs and get paid.' Recarey told prosecutors.

'Some of the victims did not want to be touched; some of the victims did not want to partake in that. So it was - I believe for - for a couple of them it was only a one-shot deal, but others continued to come.'

The detective said Epstein would have multiple massages throughout the day, some took place in the morning, others in the afternoon and a few might take place in the evening.

The filing also included testimony from Rinaldo Rizzo, a butler who worked for hedge fund billionaire Glenn Dubin and his wife, Eva Andersson-Dubin.

Rizzo had said in filings for an unrelated case that Epstein and Maxwell brought a 15-year-old Swedish girl with them when they visited his employers in New York.

Andersson-Dubin, a former Miss Sweden, once dated Epstein.
The butler said that the girl reminded him of other girls he saw at Epstein's home. Rizzo said the girl sat in a stool next to a kitchen counter in the Dubins' home. She was 'distraught and shaking...literally quivering' as she described her treatment at the hands of Epstein's alleged madam, and her assistant, Sarah Kellen, in the US Virgin Islands.

He claims he told her that they had demanded sex from her and taken away her passport and threatened her when she refused.
'She proceeded to tell my wife and I… 'I was on the island and there was Ghislaine, and there was Sarah,' and she said, 'They asked me for sex. I said no'.

Rizzo then said: 'She didn't specify who asked for sex. She said they asked for sex.'

According to Rizzo, after the young girl refused to have sex, Kellen took the young girl's phone and passport and gave them to Maxwell.

'And at that point, she said she was threatened,' Rizzo testified.
And I said, 'Threatened?'

'She says, Yes. I was threatened by Ghislaine, not to discuss this'.'
After Rizzo asked the girl if she spoke to her parents, 'She says, 'I'm not supposed to talk about this'.

Rizzo testified that the teen told him Epstein threatened her to keep quiet about what she knew.

'The word she used was sex, he testified.
As far as the girl's emotional state was concerned, Rizzo said that she was shaking uncontrollably.'

Rizzo testified that the girl stopped answering questions once she realized that someone was heading toward the kitchen.
It was Eva Andersson-Dubin, according to Rizzo.
