France begins third lockdown as cases surge


France has started it's lockdown which is it's third lockdown, due to the increase in the coronavirus cases, as patients fill all hospitals in the country. 

Schools and all unessential businesses are to close for a month and there will be a curfew between 7:00p.m to 6:00am, so as to restrict the movement of people from one place to another. 

On Friday, the coronavirus patients in the Intensive care unit in the nation rose by 145% and it is the highest in 5 months since the pandemic began.

France President, Emmanuel Macron, has vowed to provide more beds to admit more coronavirus patients in the hospitals.

France now has about 5,000 coronavirus patients in the  Intensive care unit, as it has  recorded over 46,000 cases and 304 deaths on Friday.
