Judiciary system improved in Sokoto- Malami

 

 Minister of justice, Abubakar Malami SAN said judges and other judiciary workers are going to be well payed alongside with welfare packages.

 In accordance with the presidential mandates as regards to welfare of judiciary workers, a commitee on review of judiciary salaries and conditions of service was set up. It was revealed in an interview with newsmen at sokoto state high court of justice Complex on Monday.

 Malami says, "as we all know to substain democracy through effective administration of judges as defenders of social justice and Lord's of our judiciary realm as well as other judiciary staff must be adequately taken care of.

"This is of course is by the way of enhanced welfare packages to enable them dispense justice at all times without fear or favour in an independent manner.

"As the judiciary remains a strong catalyst to our modern day democracy, great effort towards the protection of our democratic principles became the bedrock of substainable democracy 

"I look forward with passion to an independent and automous Sokoto state judiciary for a greater attainment of democratic principles for the effective and efficient administration of justice in Sokoto state and Nigeria at large". He related this to the public.
