Buhari's son-in-law Kumo, wanted over alleged fraud


Gimba Yau Kumo, former managing Director of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, married to the President's daughter Fatima in 2016 at Daura, Katsina state is wanted. Kumo is wanted over an alleged $65 million fraud which was declared by the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related Offences Commission.

 Recall in April, the senate Committee on public accounts assembled and Kumo who was summoned  presented himself in their midst. Kumo was asked to explain the irregular award of contract worth N3 billion when he was still at the bank.

 Although it's not only Kumo that is wanted. Tarry Rafus and Bola Ogunsola are also wanted over alleged misappropriation and of national housing funds and it was a notice published on Thursday by Azuka Ogungua, spokesman of anti-.graft commission.
