Ibrahim Maqari: Those killed by criminals will go to heaven

Deputy chief Imam of National Mosque, Professor Ibrahim Maqari has said that those murdered by kidnappers and criminals will go to heaven.

Maqari apparently said this during Ramadan's tafsir in Abuja. Focusing on  Islam that restricts Muslims to pay cash as fee to foes they are at battle with, the Islamic minister expressed that the cash will keep on being utilized by hoodlums as long as it is paid.

He said declining to satisfy the needs of criminals would unavoidably transform them into washouts who squandered their cash to take care of the hostage, squandering their projectiles in killing them and burned through their time, he declared.

"Yet, he (the crook) has been in mind that the cash is never going to be paid and the captive, who is murdered (the person in question) is going to heaven," he said.

He added;

"Since Allah (SWT) has taboo the installment of cash to an adversary who is at battle with you, all together not to enable them to keep on battling you, at that point contributing cash as payoff for the arrival of abducted people, is haram (precluded).

"In any case, he (the lawbreaker) has been brought in mindful that the cash is never going to be paid and the person who is murdered (the person in question) is going to heaven.

"Be that as it may, insofar as individuals will keep on giving a payment to get the arrival of their friends and family, the beneficiaries of the cash will keep on utilizing."
