Kim Sung-Yeung investigated by the police over a financial crime


Kim Sung-Yeung, a former premier league player, was investigated over a alleged financial crime.

Kim Sung-Yeung who had played for Swansea, Sunderland which are both England clubs and Scottish club, Celtic is undergoing an investigation over a farmland which he purchased alongside his dad's in South Korea.

They are alleged to have bought 10 plots of farmland and have also broken a law.

They were suspected of faking documents on its farming plans.

 Police said Kim Sung-Yeung denied “Property speculation” but an investigation was currently in place.

Kim has won 110 caps for South Korea and he is currently the captain of FC Seoul.
