Nigerian Communication Commission sympathizes with its chairman over death of his daughter

The Board and Management of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) sympathizes with the Chairman of NCC, Professor Adeolu Akande, over the death of his 19-year-old daughter who committed suicide. Read here


It was reported that his daughter who was 200-level student in the Department of Political Science at the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, committed suicide. 


The Director of Public Affairs of the Nigeria communication commission, Dr. Ikechukwu Adinde, said Feranmi was a very bright student. He said the girl planned to read law after having her degree in Political science.


She died on May 13, at the Federal Medical centre in Ondo state after efforts were made to save her .


The family was also prayed for, that God will grant them the fortitude to bear their loss.
