Pastor Adeboye doesn't blame God over the death of his son

General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A Adeboye has finally responded to the death of his son, Dare.

Adeboye in his statement doesn't complain or blame God but rather gave thanks unto God as the giver of life.

He said, "I can't blame God over the death of my son".

He addresses the church at the may 2021 edition of the holy ghost service. He said, "It is well even in the place of crises and rather than blame God we should rather give thanks unto him. Whatever a man has is from God and when it is taken away, we can only give God glory for the privilege to enjoy those blessings in our life. In reference to Ezekiel 4:6 he said, God took away Ezekiel's wife and asked him not to mourn over her.

"Whatever may be a cause of sorrow to us might be of joy to God, his ways and thoughts aren't the same with ours (Lamentations 3:38).

"Finally in all things, we should acknowledge God in thanksgiving. The peace of God that passes understanding will always keep and guard our heart. Only God gives such kind of peace."

He concluded, he thank and give all glory to God for everything.
