Senior worker in Tehran dies from tall structure

A senior worker at the Swiss government office in Tehran passed on Tuesday in the wake of tumbling from a tall structure where she resided in the north of the city, Iranian news offices revealed.

The individual from staff was a 51-year-elderly person, a representative for crisis administrations was cited as saying by the semi-official news organization ISNA announced.

She was the second-most elevated positioned worker at the consulate and had lived on the eighteenth floor of the structure, the semi-official ILNA news office said, refering to its own correspondent. It gave her age as 52.

Neither one of the reports contained any additional data about the conditions of her passing.

Switzerland has addressed U.S. strategic interests in Iran since Washington and Tehran cut ties not long after the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
