State police cannot work in Nigeria - Chimaroke Nnamani


A Senator who is representing Enugu East Senatorial district, Chimaroke Nnamani, had made it known that with the present situation of the country, state police cannot work.

The senator who was a former Governor of Enugu state, spoke on Channels Television's ‘Sunday Politics’ program yesterday, May 9, recalled how the country had state police in the past and despite all that, things didn't work out in the country.

He made it known that for Nigeria to have state police, it means that there must be unity among all states in the federation.
