JUSUN: Judiciary arm of government ends their strike


Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria went on strike since on April because they hadn't received a positive response from the government, they had demanded financial Independence autonomy for the Judiciary. 

However on Wednesday, It was reportedly stated that JUSUN strike was withheld after they learnt President Muhammadu Buhari had signed an executive order that permitted financial autonomy to the judiciary be released.

According to the law, the Attorney General of Federation was allowed to deduct any amount from resources and allocate to the Legislatures and Judiciary on monthly basis.

Consequently, the order that was passed across to all state  government didn't suit their demands and JUSUN had no choice but to closed down every court globally.
