Former Deputy Senate, Ibrahim Mantu dies after he was admitted in the hospital

 

On Tuesday, a political head died, Ibrahim Mantu who was the former Deputy President of the Senate. Ibrahim Mantu's death arose from a brief health challenges as he was admitted in a private hospital, few days before his demise in Abuja.

Mantu's early life was challenging after his First School leaving certificate from Gindiri Demonstration Primary School, working hard on his own before he could acquired his GCE result. Mantu's life, was that of survival of the fittest, hussling to feed, cloth and educate himself. Although, he was scouted and moved to the political sector as his years went by.

Mantu's funeral prayer is expected to hold on Tuesday following the Muslim rites. The exact location is at Apo legislative mosque in Abuja. Further details on ceremonial rites will be disclosed later on.
